Weston Retail Development (WRD) was formed in 1987 to focus solely on retail
development. WRD consists of two (2) development divisions including
build-to-suit services and shopping center development. Our build-to-suit
division works directly with regional and national tenants as an outsource of
the real estate departments. From site selection to construction, to turn-key
delivery, WRD provides an excellent service to those tenants needing a
professional development team that produces results.
Our shopping center division utilizes its market knowledge and tenant relationships to identify sites and opportunities throughout the Southeast. From regional to neighborhood shopping centers, no project is too large or small for our company. We bring a proven team of professionals to a project to evaluate, coordinate and produce for our clients who desire co-tenancy and synergy.
